โOverall, I was quite happy with my stay. The location was great for access to the riverfront park which was very nice to stroll along in the evening. My only nits were that it was a pretty good walk to get to any restaurants, the closest grocery store was nearly a mile away and the bed frame squeaked every time I rolled over. On the other hand, if you wanted to go to a Reds game youโre right next door. โ
โGreat stay at the Pickle Factory Hotel in Covington KY. Very good value in that pricing included parking and the room had a small kitchen. I loved the quirky decor and felt safe there. It is close to an auto repair shop so there was some neighborhood noise but I also loved hearing the church bells toll in the morning. Everything was clean and well maintained. Would stay here again.โ
โThis property is very well kept and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Great location, easy to get to and the valet service made it so easy. Check in and out was a breeze. We had dinner in the restaurant, it was delicious and great service. The included breakfast the next day was also fabulous. So many options and all of it was excellent. Staff so friendly and attentive. Highly recommend this hotel! โ
โThe front desk lady, Katie, was extremely welcoming and helpful with giving us tips for local places to eat at and visit. The room was great and we enjoyed our stay!โ
โWe booked a double bed room and they assigned us for king and said that they only had a king bed available. We told them we booked a double bed and that we wanted to move into the right bed that we reserved and then the front desk lady was half shouting at us that they cant do anything about this situation.
Then she asked if we wanted a sofa bed which we said yes to because we didnt want to move the hotel we were too tired. And at the end they meant just the sofa, not a sofa bed to sleep on โฆ....
โThis was the first time we stayed here. I booked this for our anniversary. wanted it to be memorable, some alone time and we could not have ever expected how amazing our weekend turned out, a time we will never forget. From the outstanding decorations in our room, the court yard, the gas fire place, the small pond with a water fall sound added so much, out side we connected our phone to the speakers outside to play some music, had some wine slow danced, inside whirlpool for 2 with wine, candle...
โWhen we walked we were greeted by Deonte and he was amazing. He knew everything we asked about and told and showed us everything about the hotel and its amenities. The kindness and generosity he showed was above any that I have seen or ever heard of. This man should be in charge sharing his skill with others. Thanks for the great stay. โ
โWe had a wonderful stay at The Courtyard Marriott in Coviington, Ky. The customer service was excellent, the room was clean and comfortable, and the parking garage was very convenient and free of charge. โ
โThis is a small intimate hotel. They have an off site parking garage. I didnโt eat at their restaurant but it is fine dining area. They have a small bar and certain days of the week have a small jazz band. The overall atmosphere is cozy. They donโt have a big staff so you have to text the staff and they will respond to you. Itโs sorta like going to your relatives house. Not quite a bed and breakfast but close to it.โ
