โHotel Zed has its own parking lots in the center of Downtown! This was the most attractive and convenient advantage for me to choose Hotel Zed. Easy to access parks, dining places, etc just by walking.โ
โI love the staff and services but some corners of the room needs more attention for cleaning and a little more soundproofing for rooms as it was really hard in night we were able listen every sound coming from outside.
But overall the interior i liked a lot and staff super friendly and helpful also i like the little notes written by the staff when we entered the room. 4.5 stars. Just a little improvement mentioned above. โ

โThis property was super comfortable, had gorgeous views of Lake Okanogan and Kelowna, and was managed by an excellent and friendly manager. In spite of her husband (famed chef!) being in the hospital, and having an injured foot in a boot herself, our hostess was amazing and wonderful. And she dished up an awesome and delicious breakfast. I highly recommend!โ
โ10/10 recommendation, super easy to find, youโll feel like youโve known the hosts your whole life. Nice and quiet location and great price for all the extras that are included! โ
โI didnt end up needing to have the full room nor didnt need the pet room. Last moment changes. She downsized the room for me but the room fee did not change. Next time I will book directly with hotel staff. I also believe the room was to be 147. Dollars and i paid 174โ
