It was very clean and was very comfortable. The location was not very close from the hotel or from Korakuen. It took me more than 15 minutes with heavy suitcase, but the hotel itself was very clean and comfortable, and it was very reasonable. Very nice hotel. I will use Smile Hotel again.

Room was nice and clean. Amenities available from reception include tea, toothbrushes and razors. No coffee, though. Breakfast was good, but exactly the same options each day. There were some rolls and pats of butter but no knives to cut the rolls and apread the butter. Odd.

This hotel is very clean & comfortable. It’s about an easy 12-minute walk to the train station even with luggage. There’s a convenience store a few doors down & a supermarket a couple blocks away. The rooms have a nice desks that’s good for working. WiFi is fast. There’s a kettle & a fridge. This is one of my favorite hotels in Japan because it’s was so clean, simple & conveniently located. Plus the price was very budget friendly.

The first room I git had some type of flying bugs in the windows and curtains and a big stain in the carpet. I asked to change room and they gave me another one. The new one was better, but still a few minor things caught my attention. The hotel was well located and easy access to train station so I overlooked the minor flaws which can happen in hotels such as these.
