No lights in the hallway until night time and it’s dim red. Owners are rude, unprofessional and lack customer service. I honestly do not know how they stay open or why Expedia would advertise for them. "

"The staff has great communication and is very accommodating. I told them I was checking in late and they sent me the information needed to access my room and other directions. Housekeeping was good and left everything that I needed since we woke up after cleaning hours. Blanket was very comfortable and room was in good order.
