"Loved it all but the thin walla that allowed us to hear the guy snoring next door; then the big guy above us woke us up at like 7 am, tromping loudly for a very. long time. Parking became an issue when a huge truck pulling a trailer parked ACROSS a bunch of spaces. It was a football weekend and a vinyl summit convention happening at once...maybe that should be not an option? Staff was great and very helpful! They accommodated us old ladies staying on the bottom floor close to each other for our event. Everyone was nice and pleasant. Coffee was good and accessible - we had a good experience overall."

"It has a great location. It’s right off the highway. It’s a nice place to stay to visit the Eisenhower presidential library. Unfortunately, the pool and hot tub were closed. And I had requested a room with a bathtub to put instead they gave me one with a shower. I really could’ve used a soak after my long drive. And the towels were really scratchy. And there was no alternative milk for the breakfast or coffee. I guess I’m really spoiled getting used to having soy milk almond or oat or something like that. The rooms were really big and clean and the bed was soft."

The staff and owners went out of their way to answer any questions about Salina. Very quiet. Of course good value for the rates. Would always stay there if in Salina again!!"

"We stayed in the caboose for a night heading up to Iowa from AZ. It was just as expected and more. Cute small space with all the amenities youd need for a short stay. Very quiet location off the main road in a heavily treed area outside of town. It was super cool sleeping in an actual caboose. There is a main house a short distance away that can be rented as well. The owner left us a gift card for a coffee shop she owns and that was fantastic as well. Paid for our whole breakfast order! She was super friendly and helpful when Expedia dropped the ball getting us the door code for the second day in a row. You can read all about that on Google. Highly recommend this caboose for a short stay. The rental also comes with access to the country clubs amenities like golf course access, gym and pool."
