“I really didn’t understand how this place was rated a 10 by previous guests. The attendants or owner that work there were rude except for the cook lady. The young boy and the young girl were rude about parking even though our driver was only dropping us off and he will park on the allotted parking place which not even paved. The atmosphere itself was not welcoming. There was no place for front desk. When we got there no one came to welcome us, we had to search ourselves to find someone to...

“The staff are extremely helpful and very respectful.”

“Lovely place and incredible pool. Staff was very helpful. Very large facility and isolated from other things to do outside of resort. Need to take Tuktuks or taxis everywhere. Hotel was able to arrange transportation with very helpful driver/guide.”

Pee small from the bed and blanket whole time. Dirty AC made me and wife sick 3. Wet floor even before enter the room Dirty condition of whole room 4. 냉장고없음 서비스물없음 헤어드라이어없음 청소서비스없음 수건부족(직접가서 교체요청 따로 안하면 교체 안해줌) No freeze, No survice water, No hairdryer, No cleaning room...

“Friendly”

“There's hard to find a wifi access even in lobby. I stayed two night, and second day, room wasn't cleaned well. Overall, for location, convenience, relaxation, unfortunately I have not enough reason to recommand this place.”

“if the flight is return by weather, you must refund it!! get back the money!!”

“It is very good hotel^^ friendly staff and breakfast were awesome! I would visit there again!”

“Every one great. Air conditioning and fan minus 5 stars. Air-conditioning on all time never felt. ”

“Super!

“Could not use all waterpark.”

“Was a very enjoyable vacation, staff treated me like family and helped with anything I had questions about. Will stay again in near future.”

“Pros: I like the room/cottage style; it's quiet; there's a swimming pool; there's a big garden for relaxing. Cons: The location is a bit away from the city center (quite difficult for public transportation); bad WiFi connection Suggestions for improvements: types of mosquito next use in the room (not the round one but the square one); lower the price of the transportation service.”
