"Compact but clean and well organized. Perfect for anyone traveling alone or for two folks who need only a bed, a shower, TV and wifi. Woman at the front desk was pleasant, efficient and helpful -- probably the best motel clerk I've ever experienced. AC was effective and simple to operate."

"We had a late check-in and the front desk was very helpful in getting us into our room. The breakfast was excellent all four mornings we were there. The property is very well maintained. The staff was helpful and courteous. I really couldn't come up with a reason NOT to stay there when we come back to Lawrence."

"The property was charming and the room was nice. I never saw any staff. Rather like a “Waymo” hotel experience.,I was informed that there would be fresh brewed coffee available at 8:00 AM on Sat AM but no mention of any breakfast either morning. It confused me as the property is advertised as a Bed & Breakfast. It would also be nice to have more than a sliver of soap for the shower. The instructions ( by text) for entry were timely and everything worked as indicated. The bed was incredibly comfortable. "
