"The hotel was excellent. The only negative I have are the beds are so hard and I had a hard time sleeping. The other negative was our shower rod was broken. Other than those 2 things we had a great stay. I would definitely stay again but next time I will bring a mattress topper."

"This was a great hotel and a perfect location!! We really enjoyed this hotel. Walkable to many reataurants and souvenir stores. Jo, who works at the breakfast bar, was absolutely impressive. She was so kind and helpful. She worked diligently to assure a good breakfast experience for all! She not only was kind to hotel customers but was also kind to her colleagues. She told them thank you and was just such a kind person! When I spilled my rice crispies cereal all over the clean floor, she was patient and kind. Thank you Jo!"

"This is a beautiful location. Staff is friendly and helpful. It would really benefit from outside seating as many guests were eating out of the back of their vehicles during the nice weather. The restaurants leave a lot to be desired. The Grant Village Dining Room was very disappointing with bad service, personnel standing around, very small portions and very expensive. The Lake House had reasonable food but a very limited menu. The best value and best food was located at the Grill at the gift shop. "
