"The hotel was lovely and we had a very enjoyable stay. Our room was warm, spacious, well furnished and cleaned to a high standard every day. Breakfast offered an excellent range of choices, and all the staff were friendly and efficient throughout our visit. A special mention must go to Julia, who served us at breakfast. She was exceptional. She took the time to help us plan our days, offering practical advice on using the trains and explaining what was located in the areas we wanted to explore. Her knowledge and willingness to help really enhanced our trip. She is a real asset to the hotel. The evening bar facilities were greatly appreciated. It was convenient to have the cost of drinks charged to the room and settled at checkout. The drink prices were also reasonable. Although I have given 5 stars overall, one aspect gave me pause. The hotel does not provide any designated smoking or vaping areas within the complex, and vaping is not permitted on the balconies. I fully respect not smoking or vaping in the room, but it was disappointing that the only suggested area was outside the front of the hotel, directly opposite a school. It also made paying extra for a balcony feel less worthwhile, particularly given the view over a rather scruffy yard/garden area. A designated outdoor smoking/vaping area with a covered, heated shelter would be beneficial, especially during cold or rainy weather. That said, the service, comfort, and overall experience were excellent."

"The rooms where cleaned everyday. The staff also where happy to get us more teabags, Milk and sugar. The hotel is full of luxury. My said the the spa was excellent and well worth the extra for a full body massage. Very good. Only minor issue we had was the heated flooring in bathroom we couldn't get it working. Mentioned to staff they said they would fix it but never seemed to be fixed. We honestly weren't that bothered with this though. The hotel is in the most central location only a few feet away from the main square but we never heard a thing when we went back to our room. "

"Highly recommend this hotel. The staff were fabulous, so helpful and accomodating. We travelled with another family so we booked the Ventus & Silva Apartments. They were so spacious with high ceilings & so private and quiet even though one was facing on to the street. Huge big beds and the apartment was furnished with everything we could have needed. A really short walk to the main square. Highly recommend Szewska 22 Boutique. "

"We love the Aparthotel Stare Miasto in Kraków. This time, we brought another couple with us, and they were delighted as well. Our friend, upon seeing her room, exclaimed, "I feel like I'm in a castle - a medieval castle." The brick walls and stone floors, mixed with modern facilities, are stunning and inviting. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom clean. The breakfast was tasty and reasonably priced. We hope to visit again soon."
