Perfect location in the old town, less than 2 minutes walk to the shops, 5 minutes to the square and easy access to the castle. Staff exceptionally helpful, room spotless and very comfortable and breakfasts were fab. Perfect stay.

Wonderful fresh breakfast buffet included. Personal omelette. Top class. The bedroom was a small suite. Very comfortable. And the shower? Powerful, hot, phenomenal. Simple faucet. The staff were very helpful. Offered me a boxed breakfast for the early morning departure.

Lovely Hotel right in the centre of Krakow !

Lovely stay and very unobtrusive presence from the owners.The room was spacious and clean with great en-suite bathroom. Lovely and quiet at night too - fantastic !

Staff was amazing and helpful, gave guidance to restaurants and arranged for my taxi back to the airport. Absolutely perfect central location and breakfasts were very tasty at the Black Duck. Beautifully decorated and remodeled, oh and hot chocolate free in the common break room, i had 8 cups, yummy!
