“The communication and ease of checking in and out was great and it was in a very convenient location. The beds were awful though. Very old mattresses that felt like an air mattress and made noise when you moved at all. Extremely flat uncomfortable pillows. Nobody in my party was able to sleep well. I would highly recommend replacing the mattresses and pillows as it is not expensive to buy decent ones at places like Walmart or Costco.”

“Loved the room and the location. It was just what we wanted and only 2 blocks from the oval. It is cute and close to campus. Two things to know: 1) We were in the top corner room (Mulberry & Howes) which has the original windows, so the traffic noise could be heard, but it wasn't so loud that some earplugs couldn't block it out. 2) The standard information from the host was great, but I didn't get any responses to my inquiries to the host before our stay. “Great location and well-maintained hotel. Check in staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable! Location was centrally located to downtown which was super convenient to be able to walk to all the bars/restaurants. Only downside about this hotel is the noise. We were woken up by guests in the lobby and pedestrians walking by outside since it is in a busier part of town. Overall, very nice hotel and would stay again in the future!”
