"Incheckningen var bra och vi fick vårt rum långt före vi skulle få det. Personalen i restaurangen kunde kosta på sig ett leende och säga god morgon innan man fick en barsk fråga om vilket rum man bodde på. Man kunde endast beställa vid bordet vilket gjorde att det tog väldigt lång tid att bara få köpa något att dricka."

"Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend I recently stayed at Dom Oliwski in Oliwa, and unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. For a room booked for three people, the tea and coffee facilities were shockingly limited: just three tea bags, no coffee, no sugar, no milk – and not even any cups. When I asked at reception, the receptionist bluntly told me that they simply don’t provide any of those things, with no apology or offer of assistance. The shower is positioned so low that...

"Misleading ad. The ad description states "whole apartment is for you alone and you only have to share it with your fellow travelers". In reality it is 1 flat with 4 rooms. In each room there are multiple guests for which you have to share the bathroom, kitchen, the hall, any any amenity such as the iron. The bathroom gets dirty easily with so many guests in the flat. Guests arrive after mid night and you could hear every single step they do in the flat because of the old wooden floor....

"Personalen var väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam. Det var ett nybyggt hotell, det gick inte att missa så allt var fräscht. Tågen som passerar var femte minut var lite störande. Städning ingick inte och behövde man mer toapapper fick man ta det från städvagnarna. Ett fantastiskt gym men inget för barnen. Ett sk playroom var tomt förutom några stolar. Om man ville ha något att dricka fick man fixa det på macken bredvid. Visst, de hade inget alkoholtillstånd men en kyl med lite läsk mm hade kunnat...
