โFantastic views and property is very nice but they need to invest into the garden more. The staff at the restaurant were very nice, Victoria, Agnieszka and Dominika in particular but everyone was friendly- the room service shuts down too early, would be nice if they stayed open longer or have 24/7 food for the room โ

only thing to improve was availability via phone, as i had several questions upfront, also with airport transfers and i had to try different days and times. maybe there was a lot people at reception desk during my calls.โ
โDisappointing Stay โ Would Not Recommend
I recently stayed at Dom Oliwski in Oliwa, and unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired.
For a room booked for three people, the tea and coffee facilities were shockingly limited: just three tea bags, no coffee, no sugar, no milk โ and not even any cups. When I asked at reception, the receptionist bluntly told me that they simply donโt provide any of those things, with no apology or offer of assistance.

โVery spacious apartment with wrap around balcony. Kitchen needs updating. Furniture could be better. Housekeeper could've done a better job cleaning. The floors were dirty and food found between sofa cushions. Very nice neighborhood and location. Elevator didn't work going down to parking. I would stay there again if these issues are addressed.โ
