Mais nous avons passé une mauvaise nuit: il fait très chaud dans les chambres et il est impossible d’ouvrir la fenêtre à cause du bruit d’une grosse machine permanente à côté, la lumière et la ventilation de la salle de bain restent très longtemps allumées après utilisation, et avec le prix, il n’y a même pas de déjeuner.”

After a very warm welcome, we were personally escorted to our room, where everything was explained—no need to read manuals. We were also offered coffee in the lovely coffee corner opposite the room. “We had a wonderful stay here, right at the foot of the slopes. Our room was amazing as we were on the corner and had a wrap around balcony. It was clean on arrival and serviced daily. Breakfast was nice although there could have been more warm vegetarian options for my friend. The spa facilities were nice after a day on the slopes although the jacuzzi could have been a bit warmer. The staff were warm and friendly and helpful. Ski lockers were a bit small but there is a ski hire shop next...

“Lovely family run hotel with great views. Very friendly and welcoming. Room was nice, super hot shower. Good food, own car park. Would definitely stay again if I was in the area ”

“Clean room, friendly staff. Great locaton. Just a 5 minute walk to both main lifts and the town centre. Breakfast fresh but not good for a vegan diet. I did let the hotel know in advance but there was very little-just bread and fruit. I asked for beans but they had fixed days for them and wouldn't do them for me on the other days. I bought my own yoghurt and supplies from the local Spar. There is a fridge for guests to use.”

First of all, all staff members were sincere to guests. The restaurant was impressive that the hotel recommend. If I had a chance to go there, I would choose this hotel again.
