“Room very well organized. Very friendly, helpful staff. Parking easy. No breakfast, water heater not functioning for one day but fixed. If you are a Mayo patient, there is a shuttle but it serves many hotels. Workable but runs less often and takes longer than dedicated shuttles at some nearby hotels.”

Excellent dining choices very close like the Red Cow and the Canadian Honker restaurants...St Mary's Mayo is directly across the street with an active Shuttle to the other Mayo locations. “We have stayed at Broadway Plaza multiple times. It is our go-to property. It is quiet, clean and provides easy access to the Mayo Clinic and downtown restaurants and services. The staff is always courteous and efficient offering any services or items we may need. Our stays here have always been enjoyable.”

“The hotel appeared to be under construction, with yellow tape hanging everywhere. The front desk sells snacks but didn't take cash (and was a bit rude about it). The gym has no sauna and the hot tub isn't very hot. The breakfast was great and the room was clean. It's right across from the Mayo Clinic, a convenient walk across the street.”

“Difficult review to write The staff was excellent with me, very pleasant and accommodating The reason for my poor review is the location of the hotel situated directly beside the train tracks and crossing. Our first night 3 trains came by the hotel from 12:30am to 6:00am, each one blowing their whistle at the crossing waking us up. This happened almost every night at least one train after midnight waking us up. The other issue was the hotels policy NOT to clean the rooms daily. We called...
