"Hotel is very nice. I will change my own bedroom like their hotel room. That being said, there are lots of wrongs! 1. Bathroom is small 2. mattress was lumpy, need to replace with new one 3. Hotel can be easily seen from main train station but you cannot see the entrance! It's located on side of building 4. Don't eat at their Buffet breakfast. "Although I booked a king size bed, we were given 2 twin beds together, I was too tired I did not bother …but at night I could not sleep because it is impossible for 2 adults being able to sleep on that tiny bed. So I went to reception at 3am and complained and they gave room with bigger bed. This should have been done in the first place. For 2 night stay it is a hassle to change a room!"

Lower interior rooms are sub par. The reception staff will try hard to upgrade upon request. Again, the staff is the best asset of this hotel. "Great hotel in a convenient location. I really liked the bedroom, as it felt airy and bright with an extremely comfy bed, good air-conditioning and tea and coffee facilities. The bathroom was also excellent with a nice walk-in shower, Natura Bisse products and cosy bathrobes and slippers. The only thing lacking was a welcoming lobby/lounge for hotel guests - there was simply the restaurant and bar, so the public areas didn't have any atmosphere."
