Dear Andrew, We're pleased to hear that you were impressed with the hotel and its central yet scenic location. During the unusually hot weather our rooms were warmer than usual, and we apologise that there were no fans available at the time. However with the rising temperatures of the heatwave we did choose to purchase further fans to help make our guests feel more comfortable. As for the noise, we'll do our best to investigate this and see if there's anything that we can do. We would appreciate if you could let us know how our breakfasts could have been improved however, since we strive to provide better customer service today than yesterday. Many thanks, H
