The blow dryer not working is safety related as if it touches water the breaker on the device will trip. Thank you for your review. As you can see by our other reviews this is not the norm at our hotel. We will speak to the appropriate departments and make sure we grow from this set back. The fitness center there were certain guests that removed the dumbbells from the room and we addressed this as well.

Thank you for your review. During Covid we removed some items from the rooms to reduce contact points. Irons are available from the Front Desk at no additional charge to use while staying with us. We apologize for any inconvenience.
