We were in town for a concert. I booked this hotel for the walkability, and for the great reviews. It lived up to the hype! Check-in was smooth, and Sarah was amazing! Even gave us warm cookies. Dennis drove us to the concert & picked us up, even though traffic was a MESS! The room was clean & comfortable. Will stay here again!

Busy day in Omaha. Restaurant bartender was excellent and quick! Front desk staff was very helpful and kind. Would book here again. Trash cans in the room were very small and there were no trash bags.

The staff was fantastic! The rooms could have used a mini fridge, or even more working ice machines on each floor (we tried 5 different floors. But otherwise, it was clean enough, people were great, and we had a great stay. Thank you!

It was a good stay... parking is ok not greatest but ok. Pool need more tidying during day then it got ...not enough towels in area. Asked for towels from maid never recieved had to call clear to front desk twice once each night and wait dor them. Bht room good , bes comfortable, not to comfy pillows but very spacious bathroom. And 4.00 for bottle water is crazy. ( not customer friendly price)

We brought our dog and loved that there was a little park across the street for walks. There is a $75 non-refundable pet fee-FYI & self-parking costs $15. The convenience of having a Starbucks, a restaurant, and in room dining options was great, but the rooms themselves are run down. The sink only had warm/hot water, there was a stain on the carpet, the tub faucet sprayed when you ran the shower, and in one of our two rooms, the toilet did not flush properly.

Always top notch customer service on every visit. The front desk staff always keeps you informed, very friendly, proffessional customer service agents. The restaurant breakfast buffet is top notch. And this year i tried the bar in the hotel and had a reuben sandwhich with fries. It was so yummy and delicious. Can't wait till I book my next stay with your great hotel.
