โPerfect place for family. It is a house with several rooms. Patti is a great woman. Well maintained, clean, pretty, spacious, new, convenient, etc. We couldnt have breakfast since we had to leave at 7 in the morning. Next time we will try. 5 star hotel.โ
โGreat location if you are spending a couple of days in the Kingston area. Charming house and decor. I loved that they deliver warm coffee and muffins in the morning. The room was decorated nicely and they even provided a record player with records.โ

The place was very clean, the staff friendly and helpful, the complementary breakfast was better than good enough, location was convenient and parking was easy. A very good option generally but "great" considering the price.โ
โStaff is very friendly. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was very clean. Microwave and refrigerator were spotless. Since it is animal friendly, there are no carpets on the floors.
The Continental Breakfast was very nice offering: instant oatmeal, muffins, a variety of breakfast bars, orange juice, apple juice, coffee, tea, & hot chocolate.
I would stay there again.โ
