The staff was really helpful and helped me with the lock and ordered a taxi for me. I just use it for one night and I wanted it to be close to the airport. the limited options without a car was a lot less important to me than the nice mattress abd the non smoking policy.

Unable to get extra pillows even with many non-booked rooms available. 1k yen charge for early check-in even though many rooms are available. No staff present between some hours before check-in, had to wait an hour outside after arriving.

とても綺麗でアメニティーやサービスの飲み物、一食分のお弁当も付いてて良かったです。星一つ減らした理由は連泊で、外に出てる間にタオル交換をしてくれるという事で、お願いしておいたのですが忘れてたのか、交換されてなかった。受付に取りに行ったのですが、スタッフのいない時間だと交換できなかったなーと思いました。でも、全体的にとても良かったです。ありがとうございました。また、利用させて頂きたいです。

コスパがよかったなと思います。 食事などは何もないと思っていたのですが、冷凍のお弁当が一泊ごとに頂けたのがよかったです。 コンテナ同士が離れているので、周りが気にならなかったです。

軽食が付いてくるのは有り難い 新しいので綺麗だし、コインランドリーもあるので連泊しやすく、駐車場も部屋の近くに停めれる。日によってはとても安く取れるのですごく良かった
