The Sunshine Motel was easily one of the bright spots on our trip. Very friendly staff and is conveniently close to the lake of the clouds.

The rooms are perfect for the area's experience. The owner/ managers are very wonderful folks that go out of their way to make sure you have a good stay. The beach access to Lake Superior is a great place to hang out after a day of hiking and site seeing in the Porkies (Porcupine Mountains Wilderness). I look forward to my next stay at the Sunshine Motel and Cabins.

Mom and Pop motel was clean, quaint and comfortable beds. Place is convenient to numerous restaurants and pet friendly. Do not hesitate to stay here.
