"Everything about this hotel was good. The only thing that I had a slight problem with was the shower head didn’t move. When I did try to move it, the whole shower head fell off. I was able to screw it back on, but that was quite a surprise after a looooong day of traveling from NY."

"Nice hotel EXCEPT my resort view room looked over a large rooftop of gravel. Not the view in the website pictures. Busy location with shops and places to eat. Good on-site breakfast buffet with lots of choices. Asked for late checkout but didn't get it. Had to ask for temporary passes to use resort while waiting for evening flight and was given a wrist band for pool but not able to use a bathroom with it??? That was very inconvenient. Something about a system upgrade which was supposed to be seamless. Too bad it wasn't. Front desk staff just okay."

"Fantastic property, very clean and maintenance people constant taking care of it. Gorgeous salt water pool, multiple grills, and beautiful place to hang out and eat what you cook with gas tiki torches creating a luxurious vibe at night."
