“When I arrived at the hotel and entered the room, the room was completely smelly and the washbasin was broken. A room that was not ready. Also the unfriendliness of the front desk staff”

“Very nice and clean room. Staff was very friendly and helpfull, especially the ones at the bar. Only trouble is parking; you have to walk quite a ways sometime from the parking garage to the hotel. But that's not so much on the hotel as it is on the (sometimes poor) city planning of the city of Antwerp. I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to visit Antwerp!”

“Housekeeping left the window open, and the room was full of mosquitoes — I got more than 10 bites and couldn’t sleep at all. I ended up spending the night in the lobby. Room 101 felt like a monkey cage since it can easily be seen from outside, offering no privacy. No one took responsibility, and the response from the staff was slow and unhelpful. Very disappointing experience.”
