โI don't have any complaints or issues. The grounds are gorgeous. The tropical ambience is truly the real thing. Swimming pool. Restaurant and bar on the grounds! Even massages are offered. The private cabins or huts are so charming and I slept like a baby. If you're high maintenance or 5 star you might check other options but for me. It's a win win staycation that I'm going to do often!โ

โItโs a lovely property. Our room was large with attractive furnishings, and it had a huge outdoor area. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had three delicious meals served in very lovely spaces. The pools looked great but it wasnโt hot enough to swim. It is a very quiet, restful environment.โ

The property is vast with so many areas to explore, so much history, a fascinating museum. The pool area is beautiful. There was even a great air conditioned pool table room. We loved everything about this place and will definitely return! โ
โExcellent location across from Uxmal ruins. Very interesting history of the Hacienda as well, including famous people such as Queen Elizabeth who stayed there! Breakfast was delicious and pool cocktails were also great. Grounds are beautiful and filled with colorful birds. Staff was accommodating. Don't expect uber modern luxury.โ
โStaff were very friendly and helpful. Cabin was very clean and cute. Lazy river short course but very nice. The Place has a good size pool. Restaurantโs dinner food a bit pricey but was delicious. Staff goes above and beyond to make your stay a fun and safe place to enjoy as tour guides are present in the Cenote, lazy river all the time. Thanks to everyone in San Ignacio. โ
