Good afternoon Sung Min, thank you for staying at the Hyatt Place in Anaheim. We appreciate your feedback. We apologize for the room not being serviced everyday. Unfortunately at the moment due to COVID we had to change our room cleaning service to every third day. this was to minimize contact. We apologize and we do hope you give us another opportunity to host your stay in the near future.

The hotel room was nice enough but the pictures definitely make it look larger than it really is. We were not told at check in that housekeeping was every other day or upon request, so be aware of that. It was nice that there is breakfast on site, but it is somewhat limited, depending on the day and it doesn’t start until 7 on weekends, so you may have to choose between food or rope drop! They have shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, but you only get one bar of soap and no lotion or any other amenity. It’s nice to have a fridge, but there is no microwave to reheat anything. Good location and within reasonable walking distance of park, or the Toy Story parking lot is right across the street…

Room was spacious and clean. Location was good for a Disneyland trip, 20 min walk. Staff were really nice! Liked that they included breakfast, which had a nice spread/options. We would stay again (family of 4, 2 adults 2 kids 6&10)

Family of four stayed at hotel. Is it a gorgeous hotel? No. But it's decent. It's clean. It's safe. It serves it purpose being close by many areas. Lots of families stay here and go to Disney. I will definitely considering to come back again for my next trip to Anaheim.

The mattress was the equivalent of an inch of foam over a cinder block bed. The parking to check in is atrocious. It is not convenient to get to the convention center, you have to cut through other properties that don’t want you there.

Nos gustó mucho la habitación, espaciosa moderna y con excelente mantenimiento y limpieza; no nos gustó el servicio en el desayuno.. siempre lo mismo de comida y demasiado básico. También la nueva modalidad de que tengas que avisar para que hagan la habitación no es clara.. lo normal es que tiendan las camas y limpien diario sin que lo tengas que pedir.

Very well located to walk to Disney and the Convention Center. Clean and spacious rooms with decent breakfast and service. Really nice for middle class hotels Only the extra charge for parking is a little steep if you consider that the hotel already costs you 300/night, but I guess all hotels have now agreed to just use this to get some more money out of their guests where they can

We stayed here for our February 2024 trip, with most of our days spent in Disneyland. The room easily and comfortably fit our family of 5. Hyatt Place is a good option for our family dynamic. All staff members were very courteous and helpful, particularly with setting us up with transportation back to the airport. The property was clean and the free breakfast was more than adequate, if lacking in variability throughout our 4 mornings. There were a few snack/sundry items available at the front desk, and a bar with a couple of wine and beer options for after our days at the parks. Within easy walking distance were a few large chain pharmacies to supplement for food and snacks and mostly all chain restaurants. Our room's hot water was very tempermental, but 5 of us were able to take mostly warm (occasionally scalding) showers in succession. We walked to the parks each day- about .7 miles each way. We felt mostly safe doing so, as the streets and sidewalks are large, clean and well-lit. There were a few unhoused people seeking shelter at the nearby bus stations, so factor that into your comfort level should you plan to take the ART to get around town.

This Hyatt is very clean and plenty of space for a family of 4. The hotel is in a safe location which is also conveniently near the Disneyland resort. My only complain is the $35 a night parking fee and the limited breakfast items. Pancackes are only on the weekends which leads you to eat eggs, potatos, and sausage pretty much all week.

The front desk was super friendly. But it was so loud and walls were thin as paper. I could hear the conversation from the surounding rooms. Housekeeping was so loud slamming doors. There was a convention and my floor was so loud starting at 6am !!! horrible sleep. The room itself was really nice and roomy.

Checking in, the staff noted the breakfast, but did not mention their “bar” food for dinner. It would have been nice to know about it because we were in a storm and didn’t want to go out. We have pizza delivered, but would have chosen to eat at the hotel if we had known about it. Also, the room above us had small children that wouldn’t settle for the night. We were on a business trip and needed sleep. It took 2 phone calls to manager and it was 11:00 pm when it finally got quiet. Maybe the bottom floor would be a good alternative for families.

You could hear people upstairs and on the side of my room very very thin walls extremely noisy ! Wouldnt stay there again! Not for the money they charge per night

It was our first time visiting disneyland. It has been the most pleasant experience staying at Hyatt. Breakfast was great and staff members were the most friendliest ever. I would definitely stay with kids again!
