โSuch a cute place and so easy to walk everywhere, parking lot was a 5 minute walk away but instructions were very clear, so it wasn't bad at all. Would definitely recommend and be back!โ

โWe stayed 2 weeks in Italy and stayed in 5 different properties and this was our favorite. Itโs not fancy by any means but safe, quiet, clean and comfortable and the location and experience of staying in a former monastery canโt be beat. Staff was super friendly and breakfast was very good and included. There is limited parking so make sure to reserve that (we traveled with my 80 year old mother so it was essential for us given the hills in Assisi). โ
โWhat a GEM of a place! The gentlemen at the BnB was kind and works really hard to keep this place in tip top shape. He is kind, welcoming, and very helpful. The BnB is very clean and comfortable, everything we expected and more. I wished we had plan a day or two longer in Assisi, we would have been at home here. I hope to return to Assisi in the future and given the amazing stay and great hospitality we were shown, I would choose and recommend Alter Ego again and again! Bravo SIR, you are doing...
โEverything was perfect. I'll forever remember the view from my room. Noise from outside and upstairs was a problem though. Breakfast is absolutely gorgeous. Alfredo bakes cake and it tastes so good. Very clean overall. He speaks good English which has helped me to get useful information from him. โ
โMavitur room was a great place to stay, right in the middle of ancient and historic Assisi. Nice room. Host was very responsive and helped in all we neededโ
โWe only stayed one night but it was an incredible facility that had a cool vibe at night watching the sun go down through the valley. The view up into Assisi was breathtaking!โ
โWe had an amazing time here. The pool and extra space was wonderful after spending a lot of time in Assisi. The fold out bed wasn't super comfortable, but i don't know any that are. ;)
