"This is a special hotel that reminds me of past stays in Colonial cities in Mexico... 30 years ago. It has everything you need. Each room is different and lovely. The noise from the parroquia is heard, but fine so long as you aren't trying to sleep in a lot in the am. The restaurant in the courtyard is a plus thought only open in the daytime. The menu and execution of the dishes is traditional Mexican cuisine of a surprisingly high quality. And there is also that the hotel has a wonderful, magical location. Price is also a plus. "

The staff are very friendly and Carlos and Juan could not have been more helpful. Freshly squeezed orange juice and fresh fruit with my Nespresso started the day perfectly. My only suggestion would be more lamps in the room for warmer lighting than the overhead lights. "

Carla the server was so friendly and worked so hard to serve the guests! We ate twice at Zumo the food was tasty and plentiful! Carlos was an attentive host/server very friendly and helpful. The view from the rooftop restaurant is amazing especially at sunset!"
