"I think the property was friendly to pets. It had a lot of room in the front & back yard, along with a lot of space in the living room & kitchen. The bed is big, so your pet could definitely sleep with you on it or they could go into the guest bedroom too. There is a massage chair that was definitely relaxing & the place was clean"

Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Eagle River/Anchorage Area
4/10 Poor
"House keeping only after 6 nights even after requesting. Room was rugged, well worn.
Out of most things on Continental breakfast. No fruit or yogurt ect. Run down. No local tv channels, no channel guide and very few channels other than infomercials."
"Good price for a very clean room and comfortable bed. The surrounding area is sketchy and the front desk staff seemed a little overwhelmed by the transient nature of some of the guests. But for a quick overnight stay, it was fine. We slept well."
"The bathroom had caked-on substances around and on the toilet, the towels were damp from condensation of the pipes they were stored up against. There were multiple hairs on the blankets and sheets when we arrived. The hallway had several places where there carpet smelled of mold.
I love staying at the Hilton, but this time the experience concerning the cleanliness of the room and hallway was disappointing."
"The worker who checked us in was very unfriendly. Ignored us standing there and did not address that we were there for several minutes. The room was very sparse, no pictures on the wall or a table that was to be situated between the two chairs. The furniture was very worn as was the shower. Hotel is located directly by the train tracks so you are awakened frequently. Curtains did not block out the sun and there is a lot of that during this time of year. It was walking distance of 3/4 mile to nicer restaurants but you had to walk past many homeless people making us feel uncomfortable. I do not recommend this hotel. FYI the room also smelled very musty."
