Awesome place with great facilities. Only downside was the showers were a bit dirty and needed a good scrub. Menu is a bit limited and healthy options a bit limited
Covered wagon was larger than expected. Just a short walk to shared showers. Stayed mid week and it was wonderfully quiet. Good location for a one night stay on your road trip. Good food, coffee and kind staff.
The glamping tent I stayed in was perfect! The property was beautiful! The staff was friendly and helpful! 10/10! Most definitely will be visiting again soon!
Very quiet and beautiful setting. Our family liked that there was so much to do right there on the property, it kept the kids busy when we weren't in the park! The family was able to bounce from the mini-golf to the pool to the kayaks all within a short walk. Enjoyed our stay!
The small cabin had two King beds, and twin bunks. Two bathrooms. Kitchen and table that sat 6-8. Living room. Outdoor grill and gas fire pit. I was very pleased with the accommodations.
We had a wonderful stay. I do have to say that we didn’t read the part that said the cabins didn’t have A/C, lol. It was definitely an adjustment and there was a fan, so we took advantage of the pool and cold showers. The best part was not only the pool, but allllll the other things you can do here. My children are bigger, but I would come back again with my grandchildren. You will not get bored here!
Absolutely loved the vicinity of the park and our cabin. We came up from the hot Arizona desert to celebrate my daughter’s 17th birthday with her best friend and my sister. The property was absolutely beautiful and the cabin was perfect. It was clean and welcoming. We used the pool and spa and it was relaxing. My sister and the girls did the kayaking on the lagoon, but I was sad that there weren’t any paddle boards. One other thing to point out on the website it lists as an amenity available is mountain bikes when it’s only mountain bike trails offered. The lady I spoke with at the front desk even apologized because it implies they provide bikes for people to use. Other than that we loved the experience and will definitely be back.
We love the location and overall feel of this reosrt

Disliked: Cleanliness
First, the room was clean.
However, the shared bathroom was not. Not sure when and how many times per day it’s being cleaned, but the showers were constantly wet and dirty, the sink was wet and in the men part, the toilets were disgusting. There was nowhere to clean shoes so people ended up cleaning them everywhere from the stairs to reception to the showers, leaving them dirty and unusable . People also left their dirty towels in the shower.
Food wise, the breakfast burrito was excellent, but the rest of the food was too expensive for average quality at best. Since there isnt much else around, I guess they can afford it.
The shuttle to East Mesa Trail to walk to Observation Point was very convenient.
Summarized, would not be back, other than for using the shuttle.
Fun place to stay, lots of amenities and activities to do. Staff is friendly. The restaurant got our food out pretty quickly even when busy. The ice cream store was very very slow and the showers could've been cleaned more often but other than that, overall great stay!
We stayed for 3 nights while we travelled to the parks around the area. The kids loved the pool and having mini golf right outside our cabin was great entertainment. The food was decently priced in the restaurant as well. Overall a great stay, so much that we extended it an extra night there.
We enjoyed all the recreational opportunities. One of the two pools was closed but plenty of space in the open pool. The bathrooms were clean and well maintained. The pizza was good in the main dining room but not a lot of other options besides pizza, burgers, or chicken tenders. The glamping tents were spacious but wish they were spread out more. Some late arrivals kept us up one night as they were trying to unload with all the tents clumped together. Overall I'd come back as this place is great for families with all the recreation amenities. Lot more relaxed then staying down in the canyon.
We had the two bedroom cabin and it worked well for two parents and three kids. The cabin is small but well designed, very clean modern bathroom and shower. The main lodge is so cute and the restaurant excellent. Wish we had more time to spend at the resort. The advantage of staying on East side of Zion is the drive into the park is beautiful and also there is no line at the entrance of the park (unlike the main other entrance).
Exceeded our expectations. The tiny home wasn't so tiny! Staff were extremely helpful. I only wish we had found this place while our kids were younger, they would have loved everything there is to do there! Highly recommend.
The room was spacious and spotless, and the staff were so friendly and welcoming! We really enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub, and the food was absolutely delicious. Our short stay was filled with wonderful memories. If you’re on your way to Zion Canyon or Bryce Canyon definitely stop by and check this place out-it’s truly worth it. We would love to return again in the future!
