I absolutely love staying here! There customer service is grade A! My family loves the two bedroom apartment. We have stayed here so many times and have never been disappointed.

Cute little timeshare community

We were surprised that we were staying in a time share there could have been better directions at check in. We drove into a gated community. The room was nice and clean and the amenities were nice. The room was dated and had a tub and shower in the middle of the room and the toilet was in a closet. It was weird but the room was nice. Very quiet and lovely staff. We were just looking for a night stay before traveling south.

The pool was closed in the evenings due to electrical issues which were known for some time and should have been warned prior to our stay. We were allowed to go to the property next to us to use the pool/hot tub however they were packed as 2 properties were trying to use the same facilities on a holiday weekend. We had many options to stay at other properties and choose this one as it was close to Disney Springs and the price was attractive and now we know why. Parking was horrible. There were so many cars every conceivable space, curb and grass areas were filled. Pulling your car out of parking spaces was extremely difficult as many parked you in due to space issues. Many of these cars did not have property stay identification on their dash or rear view mirror which security should have either towed or put notification stickers on as warnings. Would never stay here again. Did not allow for a relaxing stress free visit.

Volcano Pool

Under renevation and elevators were out. They did have someone help me with my bags up and down the stairs. Suite was great. My granddaughter and i loved the volcano pool. Will definitely stay on next visit to Disney.

Okay, but very tired.

This is a typical old type resort property (currently transitioning to Hilton). Rooms are spacious and reasonable well equipped albeit strangely laid out...... But overall the property is in desperate need of renovation. 3 floors and no lifts. 7+ spread out blocks and ice machines only in 1 & 2. It's okay as long as the price is low.....added 'Resort Tax' was a very unwelcome cost at check in and Hotels.com didn't mention this in the booking.

Great location right down the road from Disney Springs and many chains. Clean and comfortable room. Definitely one of the nicer options for a mid range price point. A few things to note that may affect your trip. There are a lot of stairs, so if you need a first floor room make sure to let them know! They kindly offered to help me with my bags, but coming back after a long day and then climbing three flights isn’t fun. There is a security gate in the parking lot so make sure to have your key ready when you enter later in the evening so you don’t hold the line up. Lastly, the listing states there is parking on site available for a fee, but it is a mandatory additional charge. Parking, WiFi, and some other perks are all included in the resort fee. It’s $20 a night plus tax due at check in, on top of what I already paid through Expedia for the room itself. Plus a $200 security deposit, which was refunded a few days after check out. (These are normal, but it’s usually stated in the listing) I was not anticipating this and it increased my room total quite a bit more than my original budget. Expedia needs to update this page to include that. It was still a very nice hotel, but I may have gone elsewhere if I had known these things.

Been coming here for years now, since they were bought out by Hilton, it seems like amenities have decreased. On this trip, the pool closes at dusk rather than previous visits where they close at 10pm. They also use to give out water bottles at check in and now you have to fill your own water bottles. It’s the little details that I used to love about staying here. Now I may have to look elsewhere. :(

Great Hotel

This was more like a condo. Small cozy room with a jacuzzi right in the middle of it. Came in handy after a day at Disney, which is also conveniently located close to the parks. Very clean and would stay again, highly recommend!
