Pros: Room size was great, clean room (no room service), maintenance attended to our service request quickly, staff polite and bilingual. Cons: Breakfast was poor (only had waffle maker, cereal, and coffee. No milk, no other hot options, a few pieces of bread to try to make toast.

The staff is great, very friendly and professional ánd they do a great job on servicing the room and providing towels everyday. And the breakfast is delicious, walffes n cereal and coffee always fresh .. from the front desk to the housekeepers they are all amazing people.

Other than having to wait outside for 15 minutes at 11pm for the front desk lady to come unlock the door then proceed to yell at me for knocking too loudly because she was in the bathroom. It was a great stay. I have stayed here many times and always had great sevice and a clean room

The Evening Desk Person Zoey was extremely helpful and the morning Manager (did not catch her name Spanish woman with beautiful nails) was very knowledgeable and helpful as well. When I checked in there was a lady behind counter talking to the guy standing on the side of the window asked for my ID then asked for money then hand me my key NO other communication was given, she did answer the phone 2 times but said something is Spanish like she was aggravated to answer the phone. I had to go back in the Office on Saturday because the key was turned off, I told the lady (a Different lady) she took card did whatever she had to do and then sat card on the counter and said there. I feel the customer service there needs to be changed the hotel isn't Hilltop but it's still a good hotel they should be friendly and helpful.

It was a alright stay for a place to stay while I went to Disney. The breakfast was not very enjoyable with very limited options. Also I was super frustrated because my room key did not work every single night to get into the room. It was super frustrating to be walking a lot at the parks and then having to walk to the front desk and wait quite some time to be helped to get my room key to work. It also took quite a while to check in because there was no one at the desk and I had to wait quite some time for someone to come check me in. However the room was clean and the bed was comfy, I also liked how close it was to get to the parks.

This is kinda launch has a lot of potential in area for improvement when customers who book with Expedia are promised a certain room then the booking doesn’t match you don’t get this the room you saw online the furniture is old and dirty room service doesn’t stick to their schedule and does not clean, but you are charged for it You have to go to the front desk and get your own towels and toilet paper and anything you want that you want clean because house keeping service is atrocious not only do they not fully clean your room you can tell areas in which I’ve never been clean furniture not moved and they have an ant issue I loved the fact that everything was close by in regards to food shopping entertainment I loved that the parking lot was easy and accessible and I love that but no smoke inside of the hotel is actually quiet calm clean.

Our stay here was terrible from the moment we got to the room. The room was dirty everywhere from the tables to the bed sheets to the bathroom. We weren't even able to shower cause it looked disgusting. The curtains were not only broken when you tried to close them but the actual curtains were ripped all over. Stains everywhere and lets not talk about the beat up microwave and fridge. I understand this is a low budget place and i have stayed at many low budget hotels but none of them have been this terrible. I have paid for cheaper hotels that are better than this one. if it could give it a negative star trust me i would. The only good thing was the friendly staff at check in and check outbesides that dont waste your money!

Very unsanitary

The room was comfortable. Some of the staff was friendly others would stop talking mid sentence to me to speak to other staff members. The room was in dire need of a deep clean. The microwave and refrigerator were disgusting. There are boogers(some bloody) and smudges all over the bathroom walls and the shower floor had been poorly patched, I would sink into the floor when I stood on it. There are dirty footprints on the walls next to the bed and the coffee table legs are covered in black grime. There is mold on the ceiling. I know the room had been at least partially cleaned when I entered because it smelled like bleach. The fire alarm has no battery in it.
