The room was nice and spacious. The beds were comfortable. The shower curtain was too small so water flooded the floor every time you showered. The hallways reeked of cigarette smoke but the room didn't.efllbabathroom

Everytime I choose to stay in Orlando, for just a weekend or so, I choose here cause not only the beds for me, feel great, most of the locations of the property are around a lot is stores & restaurants, so you will not have to travel far for shopping or dinning

Had no towels, and when I called to get some they had me come to the front desk and gave me damp towels, room over all was clean, but the hotel guest were so rude loud and obnoxious. Sliding chairs and tables all over running around and yelling above my room and next door . Had 2 different people try coming in my room (weather accidental or not. Didnt even sleep there due to feeling so uncomfortable.

When traveling, we always stay at this location because the staff are always helpful and go out of there way to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. I will admit, although theyre making attempts to keep people who aren't staying there off grounds, still you do see people making their way around the area.

I have been staying for 5 nights now & the ladies at the front desk have been absolutely wonderful. Room was exceptionally clean when I checked in , & new towels/bedsheets/amenities such as pots pans plates anything pertaining to kitchen items are available upon request free of charge as well. I highly recommend this extended stay to anyone in need !

The stay was mostly uneventful beginning with Vanessa being so kind and professional to assist me with my late check-in. The non smoking room was clean, and towels sufficient. The apartment sized refrigerator was extremely clean and no foul odors. The one problem I had was on Tuesday, December 16, 2025 the day I was to attend my daughter’s Graduation I was going to shower and there was NO WATER in the entire hotel. In a panic I called the front desk and was informed there was work being done on the water lines, and that there was a note put up the day before that water would be shut off between 11am and 3pm. However, I was not there the day before, and when I checked in that night it wasn’t mentioned there wouldn’t be water, and there was no sign visible in the open or in the room. This caused me a great deal of stress, and I had to scramble reaching out to someone so that I could shower. I almost missed my daughter’s very important event. The Staff also could or should have called me before my arrival and assisted me in getting another hotel due to whatever issues they knew they had to repair. That was basically an entire day gone to waste. Management told me to contact Expedia to assist me with this issue.
