I would not stay here again. There was no working internet, the pool is closed in the evening, the pool was cold and dirty, they lock up the pool area which closes off a sitting area, the cushions in the sitting area by the pool were very dirty and ripped, the room floors walls and draperies were dirty, maintenance was unkept. Overall this place was misleading and I did not receive what it said I would.

The suite was great, the water pressure took a little bit to come but it fixed and had no other problems. The outside area in the front when we checked in was a little iffy only because there was two police assisting people with what looked like moving out. They had a large amount of belongings and were staring at us uncomfortably. You can tell they’re renovating. The third floor was fully renovated. Luckily we were up there. I would stay again for sure and hope to see more improvement!

Plenty of parking, there’s a display at the desk stating what type of dogs not allowed on the property also it explains fees if you bring pets without their knowledge well for roaches that I killed, the should reimburse me, the heater didn’t work and when I explained this they offered me another room but after killing roaches and buying a space heater I felt they could have offered me something! But they didn’t….. not even breakfast! Bad decision

I have stayed here many times over the last 12 months. They have been renovating it the entire time, each time that I’ve stayed there up until now they have already put me in a room that was already renovated. Not this time. Room was dated, from the 60s, Shower curtain rod was all jacked up falling down every time he closed the shower curtain. Requested it to be fixed, it was not. Yeah, they want to charge you a $20 resort fee. That be entirely acceptable if I was in our resort room, and not a last resort. I will not be returning

Run down motel
My first room had a softball size hole in the wall behind the toilet. They gave me a room a few doors down after I spoke to desk person but the lock on that room was broken and they couldn't get it to open so they then gave me a 3rd room in 15 minutes of arriving. The room seemed to be the nicer and cleaner of rooms so far but when I went to put my bag down I noticed the roaches coming out from behind the tv and mini fridge so I asked forca refund and found other accommodation elsewhere. The young lady at the front desk was very nice and as pleasant as you could ask for.

Took 40 minutes to check in because they gave away my room. Then they needed to contact Expedia to find my reservation. When I finally got a room there was no remote for the TV and the shower/bath had no water. The only good thing was it had a bed and appeared to be bug free. I’m 64 and travel frequently and never encountered such poor conditions!

We stayed here for 4 nights. I reserved this hotel because it had very good reviews, but our experience was completely different. Upon entering and during our stay, staff were very friendly. However, our room was unacceptable, due to alot of mold on the entry door, walls and even the picture frame. It was very damp and smelly, but because we only slept there, we didnt want to complain. Some of the electrical outlets didn't work, making our room.dark.The shower was very good. Each day housekeeping brought fresh towels but didnt make our bed. (Is that up to us to do? I didnt think so). We used the pool only 1 evening because it either rained or was cold outside, The pool is lovely. I have photos but not sure how to upload them.

Staff were friendly and helpful. But cleanliness just terrible, clumps of dirt throughout the place, no one mopped all those days I was there. Black mold, roaches everywhere even in refrigerator. The A/C has nasty, felt I was breathing in dust all night long. The son got sick and I did too. Just filthy place.

La habitación estaba limpia, había agua caliente, el aire funcionaba bien; tenía tv, microhonda y neverita. El lugar se ve deteriorado, los pasillos se veían muy sucios. Tenían un asendor dañado, justo en el área donde nos tocaba y tuvimos que dar una mega vuelta para tomar el otro asensor, y poder subir las maletas. Se oía mucho ruido de afuera dentro de la habitación. En la llegada había solo un chico que brindo muy pocas instrucciones. En el momento de salida, había igual, una sola empleada, esta fue muy amable. El área de la piscina se veía muy linda, aunque no pudimos disfrutar de ella por el corto tiempo de estadía. En las áreas adyacentes se ven bien y seguras.

No way Jose, not staying here again
Hotel appeared to be in the middle of a remodel. The room wasn't as clean as I'd expected and there were a lot of bugs on the floor. It was then when I realized why the price was significantly low. I didn't get a great deal, I was scammed.

The restaurant is closed and has been for a while. A lot of sketchy people walking around that come up and ask if you want or do drugs. The hot water does not work properly in the shower. Overall an awful place I would not recommend at all. The staff were not helpful. The rooms were disgusting there were blood stains on the floor. The pool hours are not correct and the pool seating area is filthy.

Well, lets see when you take a shower you also take a bath. The water didnt go down. Then the water pressure would drop and become nothing only to sudenly full force. Oh and you definitely get a hot shower, becaise thats all you get. Hot. Or, absolutely cold. And as the pressure goes up and down so does the temp. Dramatically. It hurt to shower there. The pool was closed after sunset since the lights didnt work around the pool. It smelled like a Cypress Hill concert everywere. Like whoa. I got the munchies just walking around getting a contact buzz. The entire place has the appearance of a hotel run by somone who refuses to spend money on upkeep. Everything is in need of repair. I called to the front desk and checked out, we packed up the car to leave, I went back for one last thing to find it had been stolen. I went to the front desk explainjng the situation, that i had left a 12 pack of beer with my wifes heart medication in it to keep cold for the walk down from the 3rd floor, saying how the house cleaning lady had been up there cleaning the rooms. The front desk woman got on her cell phone & walked out back to call the cleaning supervisor. She returned stating the supervisor would meet me at the room. I explained the situation to him. The cleaning lady and her cart were gone and the other rooms and ours were left...so. We wont be back, & I guess its a lesson learned. Dont leave the room until its completely empty of our things.

Lack of maintenance, driveway/parking lot full of garbage and cigarettes. Desk clerk not very friendly, no complimentary items at all. Vending machines broken and was told they werent supposed to be there anymore.

I didn't like it because it had a roach, in our room didn't feel safe, staff was good atending but the place need improvement as well.

The evening front desk gentleman was polite and helpful! He switched out a non-working remote for me. my room was clean and the bed comfortable. furniture is outdated , expected for the price point, pool looks super nice but I did not have time to use.

I loved the back area, the pool and sitting area very clean and beautiful. The front parking lot had a lot of people yelling and just hanging out in parking lot and stairs area all night some even there in the mornkng still.
