Staff was great with questions and a special request for a softer pillow! Breakfast was good, the standards for a free breakfast, but was kept clean and well stocked! Property was a bit run down in our room, but was clean, and the bed was great! The Shuttle was well worth it, saving the parking cost at Universal, and just be extremely handy. Although the shuttle only runs once in the morning and once at 5:30 pm, it still worked for us.

This property is very dated and the room was extremely musty. The pool chairs and loungers are all rusty and stained. The breakfast was pretty good for continental style. Check in kind of sucked because we were a little early and after 4 hours driving they wouldn't let us in the room unless we paid $28 more. Children we're dying for a bathroom so we paid the extra fee. "Wish we didn't, after seeing the room!" Note to other travelers - other hotels in the area are much nicer for the same price. We left and went to the neighboring hotel to finish off our stay for Universal Studios.

This was an average hotel that served continental breakfast. Staff a little on cold side but friendly enough. I found a silverfish when checking bed for bugs. Grab bar in shower disconnected on one side. Shower okay. Staff in breakfast room kept it filled and clean. Beds were comfortable. Only stayed one night.

The property was fine for the value. Pool was very cold. We kept having too get our key card activated when we left the room which was ok the first time but then be came annoying. Breakfast was fine.

Property is dated. Staff is sitting in corner on cell phones. Beds are horrible with springs in your back. Pillows were excellent! Continental breakfast was fairly good. Deliveries to Hotel in large crates cane to front door and sat in hall all day long with no one storing it away (very weird). Shower was warm at best.

The whole hotel reeked of cleaning chemicals. It was horrid. Eye and nose burning.

DO NOT STAY here. Bugs in the bed, door rotted and GM Christina was no help at all. We left after pulling down the sheets and seeing BUGS, we took a picture, showed the front desk, and they still charged us for the night. The GM could care less after showing pics and videos, we left the property within 15 min and I was still charged. This will not be last they here from me. SHAME on you Quality Inn.

The location to universal was great. We walked to the park and back with no problems. Clean rooms. Wish breakfast was better, lacking variety of choices.

Shuttle to Universal at 8am was great but shuttle back was too early at 530pm. Microwave & small fridge in room was very convenient. Old Elevator takes a long time. Halls don't smell so fresh. Furniture in room was very old and looks like they never cleaned the sofa. Would not even rest our things on it.

Our room was right in front of the elevator with no warning before prepaid booking. People screaming off the elevator at 3am… would not let us exercise our right to a late checkout.
