Not one to leave reviews but I really wanted to this time. This hotel was great. It was so peaceful and quiet, room service came every day which in my book is amazing. The beds were ok, nothing special but not terrible by any means. A hotel this great and only 10 minutes from Disney is a win in my book. Me and my family will be staying here every time we come to Disney.

The staff was very friendly and provided great service. Unfortunately, the rooms are very outdated, and the carpets have a strong old and damp smell. The hotel has a lot of potential, and with some renovations and improvements to the rooms, it could become a really great hotel. The main issue is the condition and smell of the rooms; everything else, especially the staff, was very good.

First night we had to switch rooms because we found a live roach on the floor. Staff was informed and kindly provided us with another room adjacent to the first room, same level. The rest of our stay was unbothered by pests or anything. Pool was great to cool off by, buses to and from the parks are great if you catch them early, and experience is what you pay for. I will say I was told the security deposit would return to my account in due time, 7-10 business days, but it has been longer than that...

We needed a hotel for just one night and this was really well priced and it was dog friendly. The rooms are a little outdated, but they keep them very clean. The only thing I would say is we had the light right outside our bedroom and that was in our room all night, long so very hard to sleep because of that light and the curtains didn’t fit to cover that light so if you are a sensitive light person and can’t sleep with light shining in the bedroom, you might wanna ask for like a different room than one of the outside drive-up rooms but other than that it was clean. It was perfect. It’s right by the interstate to go to either Disney or to get on the interstate to go home if you’re leaving Orlando.
