Room smelled like smoke, under construction and with people living there. When I asked about the smell they sprayed air freshener to solve the problem. I left and had to get another hotel as I didn’t feel safe at all among the other things. It’s going to be two weeks and neither Expedia or the hotel has refunded me.

the "kitchenette" did not have any plates, pans, cups, spoons, nothing. When asked at the front desk, they said "we don't give out plates or any kitchen items". They should've advertised or mentioned that upfront in their listing, because we booked this place since it had a kitchenette. It doesn't end there. The breakfast in the morning, the lady behind the counter will give it to you. Not like a breakfast buffet at other Ramada/Wyndham properties. Furthermore, the electric stove in the room was broken and had to be replaced (surprised that they did that). All in all, if you are looking to use a kitchen, or think this is like other Wyndham properties, it isn't. Strongly recommended you stay elsehwere.

Roaches in the room.. many.. didn’t sleep all night, checked out at 4:00 am on day one of a 4 night stay. Attempting to get a refund.

Toilet wouldn't flush. Sink water spout missing parts, water sprayed out of sink. Shower hot water took 15 minutes to get warm.

My room has been recently remodeled and was very nice except it does have a full shower with a glass enclosure but the problem is there’s no shelf whatsoever in the shower so you have to put the soap and the shampoo on the floor. I also asked for a first floor room when I booked the room because I am partially disabled and they have no elevators so it was terrible trying to get upstairs to the second floor. The staff was nice though and the price was very good.

Two mornings in a week the breakfast was cancelled with little notice and no explanation. When breakfast was provided it was terrible...a mix of different stale cereals in one dispenser... tiny bagels...coffee that was usually empty. There were no functional smoke alarms in the hallways. They were either gone or taped over. That is against the law. Our first room had no smoke detector, just the empty bracket where one used to be. Again, a violation of the law. The side entrance doors were missing locks. Anyone could enter the building. Worst hotel in our lives.

If you like to smoke then this is not the hotel for you. The breakfast, or the lack thereof, is horrible. Previously frozen mini bagels and doughnuts. Mudwater for coffee. Room had bug problem. Floor was sticky and dirty. "Fresh" bed sheet was dirty with something black. It was hit or miss on whether the water would work. Air just came out most of the time. I could have just blow dried my head in the shower. Toilet took forever to fill and flush. Drug dealers walking around. Door on the outside had no lock, so anybody could come in. Hallways smelled like marijuana. Dude was vacuuming the hallway at like 9 or 10 at night. He was not a janitor. Not sure if he killed someone or not and was cleaning up? Also, not sure where he got the vacuum, or if he brought it with him. Front desk was vacant every time I went there. Girl seemed like she was getting some strange as she came out of one the rooms. Blue tape on doors. Wires exposed in hallways. Keycard quit working during my stay. Had to get it reactivated. Pool was empty. Gym was closed. Was leaving the hotel, and I kept my head down, but I don't know if girl was getting some in the truck, doing drugs, or both. Looked suspicious either way. Been around the world, and this was the worst hotel. Used to be cops there all the time busting people. Would not bring kids around. Place has been under "renovation" forever. Building should be condemned. Also, if you like to be woken up by loud renovation noises then this is the place for you

2nd floor room, no elevator. Reserved a king sized bed, got a queen sized bed on a king sized platform, most uncomfortable bed we have ever slept in. Barely any slightly warm water let alone hot water and all the water went out around 5am! The coffee maker still had a lures cup in it which had to be pried out and using bottled water with no pod in it the water came out looking like chicken soup! ( yes I have pictures!) The dead cockroach in the towel was also quite disgusting, and the alarm going off at 7 am for no apparent reason. Was the end of it.

The staff was very pleasant however, the room was just a one star. There was no garbage can in the room. The water didn’t come on a long time and when it did come on, it was brown. Then it took over an hour for it to get hot. I do understand it was cold outside at the breakfast buffet that noble beverage only coffee or milk the whole hotel is in desperate need of upkeep.

Room was above average for this price level. However the common areas of the hotel seemed to be in a perpetual renovation. Things were in progress but gave the impression that they had been in progress for years as some of the things being renovated were again in need of renovation a second time before being completed the first time. The exterior of this hotel was still in pretty bad shape. However, 4.5 stars for a nice & clean room, nice bathroom, comfortable bed, good TV, and a decent price.

False advertising of pictures of the hotel. No elevator have to climb stairs to dry to your room. They are in the process of remodeling. Had to cut my day down to 1 day. It was not so well.

I recently stayed at this Ramada location and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience that I feel compelled to share with potential guests. Cleanliness Issues The cleanliness was well below acceptable standards. The room had visible dirt and grime, and it was clear that proper housekeeping protocols weren't being followed. For a hotel stay, cleanliness should be the bare minimum, and this property failed to meet even that basic expectation. Food Quality The food service was equally disappointing. Whether it was the breakfast or other dining options, the quality was subpar and unappetizing. I would recommend eating elsewhere if you do end up staying here. Construction Disruption Perhaps the most frustrating aspect was discovering the hotel was undergoing remodeling during my stay. This wasn't clearly communicated during booking, and the construction noise and general disruption significantly impacted the quality of my stay. Guests deserve to know about ongoing renovations before they book. Final Verdict I cannot recommend this Ramada location in its current state. Between the poor cleanliness, substandard food, and the disruptive construction, it simply doesn't provide the experience guests should expect. I'd suggest looking at alternative accommodations in the area until this property completes its renovations and addresses its operational issues.

The room was bad but it wasn't the room I requested. I was told the room I requested was under construction (as was most of the hotel) and that I would have to pay more to get a different room. Staff sent me to three rooms (one worse than the other) before sending me to a room that was acceptable. Property was dirty in the hallways and hallways were being spray painted while I was there which set off my asthma badly. NO SMOKE DETECTORS. Only wires hanging out from where they were supposed to be!!
