Initially the property seemed to be very nice, however upon our arrival we found underwear from the previous guests in our unit. We also battled a constant stream of cockroaches of all sizes in the kitchen area, we scheduled for staff to come spray the unit for the insects but no one arrived to spray the unit during our stay. The pool area was very clean in comparison to the unit, however I would not recommend dining on site.

Having stayed previously the condition and cleanliness of the property was less than expected. Property is in need of a deep clean and would benefit from a refresh of carpentry and appliances. I reported issues with dishwasher and tumble drier.

I really loved staying at Regal Oaks. The townhome was so nice and spacious!! The one i stayed in backed onto a little lake with a water fountain, which was soo lovely. I ate my breakfast and lunch out there and enjoyed the peace and tranquility! The pool was nice and refreshing and the sun chairs and umbrellas were perfect! I would recommend this vacation rental to everyone! It is close to amenities and resturants, grocery and activities. I had a car rental which was very helpful as i was able to drive around to places ib the area.

If you’re looking for a somewhere to sleep at night and don’t plan on spending time in the townhouse then it’s done a great price for the location. However, I have stayed at other IDILIQ Resort locations with smaller units and had a much better experience. We decided to give this location a try since we’ve always had a great experience at the other location. However, this trip was a bust. We splurged on a three-bedroom townhome and everything from day 1 was horrible. The couches were stained and ripped. All of the walls were dirty. The kitchen had little ants crawling all over the counters before we even brought food into the home. The bathrooms had rain showers except the buttons didn’t work so only the handheld part worked. I was forced to take cold showers all trip because the hot water was barely enough for one person. There was less than half a roll of toilet paper and when I inquired the last day about ONE roll because we ran out, they gave me a hard time about it. The floors had chipped and cracked tiles. The fridge had a change filter light on so no clean water. The comforter in the master bedroom had stains on them. The dining room table had two burn mark. The Wi-Fi was super spotty. The tv worked in the rooms but only one remote for three bedrooms and it only flipped to three channels. The downstairs tv didn’t work at all. Overall it was one of the worst Expedia purchases I’ve made and that really sucks lm because they had a huge pool with two water.

I arrived a little after 4 and home still not ready. The house was dirty full of ants and appliances were disgusting I have pictures of need. The bathroom clogged when we called and they stated they could not do anything until next day because it was 1am so we had to buy a plunger because my aunt is elder and is couldn’t go up the stairs we had to fix. I also cleaned the appliances and tried keeping ants away did my best I sweep as much as I can but no mop was available also the jacuzzi also had no cover on the filter also the staff very unprofessional and the dining table was all dirty and a chair is broken I notified the front desk and I stated that I had already taken care after calling 3 times and going to the front desk various times in one day I couldn’t wait so I took care of all. Recommend never.

After coming off a long flight your town home should be ready at the alotted time which is 4 pm ..I had to wait until almost 6 pm to receive my town home keys. Also while I was loading my vehicle to leave a few minutes after 10 am I went back to get back in my tpwn home ..They deactivated the key ..It was only 1014 am..Which was sad because when I spoke with the customer service guy when I checked in He told me I could check out by 11 am considering I had to wait for at least 2 hours to enter my town home.The microwave was outdated.I have been to Regal Oaks a few time but this condo isnt one of their best..

This property was not what it showed on the Expedia website. Like most timeshare properties it showed the model and gave you junk when you arrived. Had to call for broken tv and spa when first arrived and dirty sheet to be changed. Wouldn’t stay there again. They did come quick when called but had to call way to much for broken things.

Pros: Easy driving to the parks. Close to grocery stores and Walmart. Condo safe, quiet and spacious. It was stocked with everything we needed. Hot tub was nice amenity. Cons: carpets are gross and need updating

The property was ok. Pool, bar and restaurant hours were very limited. Amenities at units were also very limited. Information page needs to be more comprehensive. Air conditioning, individual bedrooms and hot tub were really nice as well as the screened patio area..probably the very best features. Great place to stay if you like Old Town-very close!

Very nice, clean townhome with a view of the lake. We loved the hot hot tub on the patio and the water park. Everything was very convenient and the property has everything we could have wanted on a vacation with the kids!

The back screened-in patio with hot tub was the highlight of our townhome! And we loved having 3 bedrooms... space for kids to spread out and have their own spaces. On the downside, I didn't receive any information about trash, check-out procedures, etc etc... so I had to call multiple times to ask the basic FAQs. Rooms were clean and fine... but it wasn't over the top. I needed to adjust my mindset that these are getting LOTS of traffic (like a beach house) and so they have the strike the balance of nice and functional.

Beds were comfortable. Hot tub was nice to have at Condo. TV’s were too small. Need to upgrade to bigger ones. You should not charge an automatic tip when someone picks up a to go order from the restaurant. Overall, nice property and experience. Minus the 8 hour blackout one night. That definitely ruined the evening. Not sure what happened there.

Requested an early check-in 24 hours in advance, front desk said it was no problem and to check with them the morning of, also asked about general location of our unit and was told it would be near the front gate. Morning of check-in (9AM), ask the front desk about early check-in, they take my number and say they’ll text me when it’s ready. 1PM- no text, so I go to the front desk, they tell me it’s not ready. 3:30PM- no text, go to the front desk and she says “oh they just finished. It’s ready”. We go to the unit and there’s a service man working on the wifi/cable. It was also nowhere near the front gate. When I went back and asked if we could be moved closer, she said no. When I asked why, she told me that I’d have to call reservations. I call reservations and she tells me I have to talk to the front desk and hangs up on me. I go back to the front desk and she says “there’s nothing wrong with the unit, so you can’t move.” By far the worst check in experience that I’ve ever had.

People don't respect the parking spots on front of houses and we have problems with water mix on the shower of the master room always as a hot never mix with cold, and the furniture as making very old and we know it because we coming at CLC 2 times per year. But still lovin the resort and the location.

The property grounds were very well kept and beautiful. The 2 bedroom townhouse I rented was really great. Overall a great experience. My only complaint is that the restaurants on site don’t have great hours. Earliest one of them opens is 1030am and another at 4pm so if you’re an early bird who’s hungry, you have to wait. The resort also experience a massive power outage on my last night there . It was out from 8:30pm to 3:00am and the resort had no plans for the guests. The backup lighting in the hotel had a 2 hour battery life so I spent hours in the dark. No flashlights were made available. All the food I had in the refrigerator spoiled due to the 6 hour power outage. It was upsetting. Also, the clothes dryer in my unit did not work. I wasn’t offered any compensation and still paid full resort fees.

This was our second year staying and loved it again. We love the proximity to Old Town, the individual hot tubs, the easy parking, the pool and water slides and the home is comfortable and had plenty of space for our family. The only complaint would be lack of/quality of some kitchen tools/bad frying pan, but we made it work. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and they keep the place extremely neat and tidy!

3rd time staying here. Property and all around stay was good. Location with old town is great. Pool area is nice. Some neglect or attention to units were noticeable from previous years. Hot tub was 3/4 empty and unusable for the first day. Was supposed to get a credit back to our account for that but didn’t receive. Key cards kept deactivating due to faulty card reader that needed to be replaced. TV in living room would only come on and say weak signal for the first day. All issues were resolved by end of second day.

The unit was clean and the grounds were well maintained. Loved the swimming area. The kitchen could have been more equipped, it did not have baking sheets, oven mitts or a can opener. There was only one toilet paper roll in the bathrooms. I did appreciate that each unit had their own wifi which added to the security. Just something to be aware of, the walls are very thin, we could hear our neighbours watching late at night. Overall I enjoyed my stay and l would recommend this resort for people travelling with family.

I liked the service at the beginning of my stay. The person at reception on the last day was less of a joy. I appreciated where I was located.One thing that could improve and I suggest is changing the mattresses on the sofa-bed. It was awfull.
