Love this property! Room was clean with very comfy beds. Was able to keep it cool in 95 degree weather. Easily accessible to all parks so no need in driving. Beautiful place

The perks about this hotel include excellent transportation options to Universal Studios (though it is easily walkable if you choose), very nice pool area, early access to the parks, and helpful staff. They have a text system set up where all you have to do is text if you need anything (ie more towels, late check-out request, etc). The only downfall is that the rooms are smaller than they appear and there is minimal privacy by the bathroom (the sliding door didn’t shut all the way). Overall, this is a great place for a family to stay for an Orlando vacation.

Sparkling clean rooms with everyday cleaning service, great location, especially if you are planning to have a fun at Universal studio. Water taxi is a big plus too.

The staff is very welcoming and helpful. Everyone there is nice and thoughtful. The room I stayed in was clean for the most part. The only thing is they had a green and blue stained sheet on my bed when I arrived. I could tell it had been washed before and was just stained. But I don’t know why they wouldn’t just throw that sheet out since it was stained badly. But that’s my only complaint. A great resort to get to and from the park. I would return in the future

A definitely will stay again! Loved the boat ride to Universal! Great food options! Pool resort area was beautiful!!! Sand area by pool was a plus! Gym was Super! Arcade was fun! We will stay here again. My wife and I celebrated our anniversary and loved the boat ride to City Walk, it was fast and not a very long wait for the boats to arrive. We had a short trip and next time we are planning on spending time at the pool and enjoy the resort more. We had room service at 2:00am and although it had a small amount of options, it was good.

The pool area was very nice. Would of been nice to keep it open til 11/12pm at night for adult guests. Truly only stayed here for the pool area. Overall prefer Aventura and would not come back.

It was extremely kid and adult friendly. It was a wonderful combination. Food and Service was excellent and we loved the huge Tv's in the lobby where we could sit and enjoy dinner and watch the basketball playoffs. We had a wonderful vacation and will be going back again.

Sapphire Falls has a great boat service to Universal parks, quick and convenient. The lobby , tavern and pool area are lovely. The staff was woderful. The pool is very nice, the only problem we had was there isnt a second pool. Twice during our 4 day stay, we couldnt use the pool due to 'chemical imbalance". Chose the hotel for the beautiful pool and extremely disappointed we couldn't use it! They need a second pool, just for diapered guests.

The property was clean and bright. All the amenities were well kept and easily accessible. Pool was great! Towels and chairs were aplenty. They checked in by text messages throughout the stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Room was always up kept by daily cleaning. Room was cozy, two queen beds, a chair and desk. Not a spacious room but enough for us 4, two adults and 2 tween kids. Some may want more space. We were barely there anyway. Price was good for the space and the amenities. Dining options were good and met our needs. Surprisingly food at the hotel was some of the best we had while visiting Universal. Property was part of the Universal hotels, so transportation was easy and a great way to travel to park by boat. Loved this location. Would recommend going there to anyone who asks.

We've stayed at almost all the Universal resorts so far, Sapphire is at the top of the list. Super easy to get around, the pool rocks, staff is super friendly. The room service and pool have good food, the inhouse store New Dutch trading watch your wallet. We will be back.

We enjoy Loews properties. Pool area was great. Weekend activities at the pool for the kids is a nice touch. Dining options were good. Water taxis were awesome. No hot water in the showers at the fitness center was a bummer. Both men’s and women’s.

Rooms were not suitable for three or four adults in the room with limited privacy. Everything in the room was in smaller size, including the safe and fridge. The pool was not the greatest, it was unkept and not very adult oriented. We were also surprised with a parking fee at the end of our stay which was not disclosed when we checked in.

Very bright and open rooms. The water taxi service to the parks was a great way to start the day. It was a pretty route. The staff were super friendly. The Strong Water bar was lovely offering a great view. The restaurant, Amatista had great food that was beyond the standard burger and fries.

Our stay at the Universal Loews was the first and last time we will stay at a Universal property for lodging. We splurged for this room and left sorely disapointed by the quality of the room, the service and overall experience. Way more work than a vacation should be :( On Day 1, we were given a room facing a wall and the parking in front of the hotel. We were on hold and complained till we spoke with someone who moved us to building 2 (room 2762). We then discovered in our new room that the toilet was not flushing properly Moreover, the shower did not have a curtain or door whatsoever. So the water from the shower would splash all over the floor and there was nothing we could do about it. The toilet was fixed but it took over one hour for a maintenance person to come at midnight to address it. As for the shower, we just angled the head to hit the shower wall and minimize damage to the floor. Finally, we learned the shower had a "jack hammering" noise aka water hammering that was incessant when we tried to put the faucet between hot and cold. Later in our stay, the shower had a "hammering noise" that would make it. Housekeeping claimed that the problem was fixed after we reported it on Day 2 while at Disney. But the problem persisted throughout our stay. Despite my complaints and assurances that it would be fixed, it never was. And that is the end of our saga with a Unviersal property now and forever. We should have just done Disney or Marriott.
