“Wonderful place to stay! Extremely friendly host. The property is so beautiful. Right on the lake. We made coffee and sat on the black sand beach in the mornings, and painted near the beach in the evenings. The kids played in the nice, clean pool. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the town of Bolsena was a 5 minute drive, with plenty of options for food. We chose this location for access to Terme di Saturnia (1 hour drive) and Civita Di Bagnoregio (30 min drive). We found our stay here...

“Marco and Margherita were warm and welcoming hosts! We thoroughly enjoyed our time in the beautiful village of Cetona and the surrounding areas. The home was a lovely decorated 3 levels with comfortable beds and all the amenities needed. There is also a lovely terrace garden up top to enjoy. Marco and Margherita gave clear directions to the property. Of note- the home sits on 3 levels and has steep winding staircases which we were totally fine with but may be of note for those with...

“Spectacular 200 year old stone building with an amazing view. Beautiful well equipped and spacious apartment. The only issue was we are travelling by bicycle and the road up to the accommodation was greater than 12% grade and all gravel. Very difficult to get to. For other cyclists know ahead of time that you have a significant uphill push but worth it when you get to the top.”
