Great customer service and friendly. Greeted by staff with every encounter. Large rooms, and bedroom separated from bathroom, living room and kitchenette were a plus. It made traveling with a toddler easier. Close by to the Namba train station so getting around Osaka was easy. The hotel is within 5 min from shopping, markets, and great food. Awesome location. I would stay here again, and recommend it to friends with children.
