Laundry is so nice and convenient! High quality machines, worked better than the ones we've had to pay for at a 3 star hotel! Our room was cute and cozy, adequate space for 3 adults to unpack without tripping over each other. Having a real, private bath at a guest house is such a luxury. Highly recommend.

Staff were amazing, having a washer and dryer available on the second floor was very helpful, and while the room itself was good, we were worried about the warning of tripping a fuse by having too much on at once as well as the pealing wallpaper and wobbly walls in-between the beds. Otherwise, the rooms were good!

Great location. Minutes from the Osaka Loop Train line and very close to restaurants and supermarkets. No elevator but not a big deal for us. Room was warm the first day but got better the days after. Never got as cold as I would have liked but it was comfortable from the second day on. Check-In is done by yourself with email instructions. Very friendly staff. Free laundry with very good machines. The dryer worked on the first try. You just need to buy your soap from the dispensing machine. Would recommend.

I would 100% stay here again. The hotel is very clean and very quiet. The room was spacious, we had 2 large back packs, 2 small back packs and 1 large suitcase and had plenty of room. They room came equipped with a small kitchenette complete with sink, hob, kettle, microwave, full size fridge/freezer, plates and cutlery. The shower was hot and powerful, the bath is somewhat small but it is deep, I used it once after a long day of walking and it was a really nice relief. The toilet is a fancy Japanese one with all the buttons, seat warmer, front and back spray, the works. There is a very handy folders telling you how everything in the room works but also all the Osaka points of interests and how to get there on the train and how long it take which was very handy. The nearest station is Teradacho and is a 1min walk away which is perfect as its on the Osaka loop. There a 711, dawsons and Don Quito all within a 5 min walk

Room is in decent condition nice and clean but there is no elevator for 4 stories building. There was a false fire alarm in the middle of the night. Fire fighters and policemen showed up. They confirmed there was no fire. They could not silence the alarm for more than couple of hours. Fire department and all the guests tried to reach the owner but no response from the host. We had to go back to sleep with the siren on.

The room was very spacious, and clean. It can fit a whole family of 3 people at least. The lobby with full of slippers and shoes didn’t look so well when you entered the building. Overall, it was still a very great experience.

3歳の子供と家族3人で利用しました。 日中エントランスにいるスタッフさんにいってらっしゃいと笑顔でお見送りしていただいたのがとても好印象でした。 コインランドリーには洗濯機と乾燥機が2台ずつ設置されており、洗剤は100円で購入できるため手ぶらで利用することができて助かりました。 すぐ近くにドンキホーテもあるので、アメニティにこだわりがある方は現地で購入するのも良いかもしれません。

このようなタイプの宿泊施設は初めてで、少し不安でしたが、部屋もキレイで設備も整っていました。電化製品を２つ同時に使うとブレーカーがおちるということで、それさえしっかり守れば快適に過ごせると思います。他の方の口コミに書かれていたエアコンのカビは、見えてしまったので気になりました。

とても清潔で、家族3人ゆったりと過ごせました。アメニティは限られているので、事前にきちんと読み、必要なものを確認した方が良いと思います。ゲストハウスなので、共用部分は外国人観光客がかなり自由に過ごしていますが、部屋の中はプライバシーが守られていて快適です。お値段の割にとても良いお宿だと思います。
