Good location close to the metro. Many small restaurants just around the corner. The apartment is small, but big enough. Only the toilet was too small if you are xl size. Would book it again.

We stayed in Japanese-style tatami apartment with 4 people. There was a separate kitchen/dining area. The location was safe and quiet and the apartment had all the services we needed including small kitchen and coin laundry. Very close to the Nakatsu subway station and a 15 min walk to the JR Osaka station. Communication with building management was clear. There were small grocery stores and konbini in the area, so we were able to buy things for breakfast and eat simple meals in our apartment. A good value for low-maintenance travelers who want the experience of living in a local neighborhood. We would stay here again.

clean, spacious, liked the separated bedroom. loved that it had coin operated laundry downstairs. very convenient to subway. 2-3 convenient stores close by. perfect for our family exceeded expectations.

There was nothing especially horrible with this apartment-style room. It was simply older, roughly-finished, and ergonomically awkward, despite the modern entryway and self-check-in system. Tall people will go nuts as they bang their heads on the low-hanging ceiling lamps, and if you need to get up in the dark, watch out for the sudden 3-inch rise in the floor (it took me two stubbed toes to convince me to put a towel at the rise to visually remind me). The two kitchen chairs and bed frames were metal, adding to the toe-stubbing danger and lackluster aesthetics. The screen door to the little deck was difficult, if not impossible, to figure out, and ultimately wouldn't close. But hey, the place was cheap, and in a convenient part of town.

チェックイン当日ほ気になりませんでしたが、翌朝洗面所と浴室の排水溝から汲み取り式トイレのような臭いが。。。 2泊目に外出先から戻り入浴しようと浴室に入ると排水溝付近にコバエが10匹以上いて不愉快でした。 他に目立った汚れは無かったものの、壁紙が所々剥がれていたり飾り窓の木が崩れたままだったり、あまり手入れはされていないのかな、という印象でした。 地下鉄やバス停が近く飲食店、コンビニなどに困らない立地なのは良かったです。

コンセプトのあるお部屋で、今回はチーズでした。壁紙がポップで可愛く、寝室とリビングが別れているのもあって広々くつろげました。 風呂トイレ別がとてもありがたいです。 中津駅からのアクセスは良好ですが、中津駅周辺に何も無いです。
