"I actually considered just forfeiting the non refundable fee i paid for the room. I was afraid to touch anything it was so dirty and run down. If it hadn't been so late when we finally got to the room after dinner we would have packed up and left."

"I attempted to let the front desk know that our room door would not latch. I requested to be changed to a room that had a front door I could close. Nobody would be comfortable with the door being open all night, anybody could have walked into my room and we have children with us. The manager kept repeating that there hadn’t been any issue, and I simply asked if she was implying that we did something to it. This question seemingly outraged her to the point she called me “insane” in front of my daughter and my wife physically had to stand between her and I because she was trying to come towards me in an aggressive manner. The single most unacceptable experience I’ve had in my life."

"Staff is so friendly, we like the property… but the bed is terribly uncomfortable. Slept awful so won’t be back unless they boast all new very comfortable mattresses!"

"There was not enough seating for all the guests at breakfast. When we waited for seating to be available, the breakfast was shut down. The next morning we ate on a bench by the elevator so we didn’t get cut out again. It was not ideal."

"Staff were great! Check-in was smooth & friendly. Facility is starting to show wear, room doors are to short & let in too much hallway noise and general sounds can be heard throughout the room from other guest rooms. Water changes temperature while showering. For the price point, there are other hotels that are up to date on maintenance in the area."

"The hotel was decently clean, just seemed to run down. The breakfast was absolutely horrible. The sausages smelled and tasted like throw up, and eggs were the consistency of potatoes. We packed up and left to go get breakfast elsewhere, so we didn’t even check out the pool."
