"Clean remodeled rooms, well lit and easy parking, bed and sheets were nice. The free breakfast was MUCH better than expected, much more than toast and a banana. The pool was clean and looked great, even in the winter. The late shift girl was excellent and very customer service friendly....the lady in the morning shift (on Jan 11th) not so much, she was rude."

"This was the first time I’ve had to immediately leave a hotel upon arrival. The room was not cleaned, had no sheets on the bed, hair and pests throughout, and a shower window that appeared to expose the entire bathroom to the courtyard. The AC barely worked and there was no way to reach a live person for help despite multiple attempts — only automated responses until the next morning. Several fees were also added that were not obvious when booking. The experience did not reflect the property’s photos or description."
