“When I arrive at Relax Inn, it is about 11:00 PM in the evening, after a long flight. The check-in place is a very tiny cube that fits only one person at a time. It feels very strange/scary compared to all other hotel/motel that I have been. When I check in, the staff told me, they cancelled my booking because I did not pre-pay. However, they do have rooms, but I have to pay $280 at that time while my booking was $196 for 2 nights. After half an hour of argue, the price go from 280 to 240 to...

“It was next to a cook out and across from a Publix. The toilet didn’t flush,there was no smoke alarm,the towel had bloodstains on it,the covers had cigarette burns,it was insanely uncomfortable bed.”
