"Did not expect to pay for parking,disappointing. Outdated in style. Too expensive for no immenities. Advertises 2 pool whereas there is only one very small pool Tikki bar out of order. I paid $300 for an ocean view. Poor service. No continental breakfast included for the $300 room fee.Hotel in general needs a serious upgrade. Would definitely NOT recommend"

"I stayed at Hotel Indigo for a conference. It is located right across the street from River St and about a 7 min walk to the ferry. On my first night, there was an issue with the AC making a loud banging noise. I notified them of it immediately but did let them know I'd prefer they come and look at it the next morning since it was pretty late. The next morning, I let them know again and when I returned, the concierge, Starla, told me they did look at it but she was unsure if it was fixed. She told me if it wasn't, then she would room change me. It wasn't and she did room change me. Aside from that AC on the initial night, my stay was great. The service at the restaurant and bar was also great. I would highly recommend this hotel and a special thank you to Starla for making my stay great!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at Staybridge Suites in Savannah. Yes, the rooms were a little dated, but the friendliness of the staff and the location of the hotel more than made up for that. We had quiet nights and rested well during our time in Savannah. For the location, we were able to walk to 95% of the things that we wanted to see."
