"This hotel is beyond exceptional! The staff, and all accommodations were absolutely perfect.
This could not have been a more pleasant experience. One of your regional managers was on location during our stay and what a wonderful woman! I own two businesses, and I just want to say that from the executives all the way down to the kitchen staff and the housekeepers, this couldn’t have been a more organized, trained group of professionals. Don’t ever lose the personal touch!"
"What an amazing place to stay. It felt like being a resort without it being a resort. Service was top shelf excellent in all phases. From the service desk, to the restaurants to the valet’s. And how about how beautiful the facilities are, very unique and amazing! We were there for move in week for our son who is a senior at Scad, couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. Pro tip: upgrade to the balcony suite overlooking the river. Fantastic view of the river and great sunrises and sunsets!!"

"Breakfast was good, loved the do-it-yourself waffles!
Service at the restaurant one night was terrible. Place was busy but seats available, and the hostess was less than accommodating. The grill cheese concept was good but execution very poor. Basic diner food.
The next night the bartender was very nice, so that saved the reputation a bit. Their burbon selection was great, and the old fashions were delicious.
Overall, decent stay, great location, price was reasonable for what we got."
"I have zero complaints about Hotel Tybee. It is walking distance to dozens of restaurants and shops. Bicycles are included in the resort fee, so are beach towels and chairs !"
"Hotel Bardo is a lovely property, nestled across the street from Forsyth Park and providing a lovely lounging pool, a restaurant, a bar and a pool bar and a coxy feel amidst a busy, touristy city.
The property is well maintained and one rarely has to open a door as the door staff is dutiful and courteous. The food and drink are outstanding and the general appearance and comfort provided by the rooms is top notch. Would be great to have a couple hooks in the bathroom/hallway for coats and towels and wet clothing, but aside from that the accommodations were great.
The one thing we recommend to any visitor is to decline room 101, 102, 103 or 104. We were assigned to room 102, which had a large window bay overlooking the park. We really enjoyed gazing over the park, watching the sun set, just the ambiance it created right outside out window. But we did not enjoy nor appreciate that room 101 is used as a staff room, across from the rear door of the managers area and adjacent to the baggage storage room. Every night the doors slammed repeatedly, thereby negatively impacting our sleep. Presumably the staff was aware of our presence but apparently just didn't care. If you're going to pass through those doors after 10 pm with hotel guests possibly resting nearby, close the doors quietly. This was really disappointing from such a high end property, and probably not something at issue for 95% of the rooms... but if they assign you 101-104, definitely decline."
"Third hotel is one of my favorite in Savannah. It really feels like a home away from home. It's in the heat of everything. So, once we parked, we didn't need the cast during our stay. We were able to walk everywhere. I loved there pool and the restaurant. Great amenities.
When we first got here our room did smell like smoke but after talking with the front desk, they sent housekeeping immediately to freshen up our room. We never had a problem after that. Thanks
We will definitely book this hotel again."
