“Too close to the noisy road and our room was designed for handicapped guests.”

“Really enjoyed my stay at the East Bay Inn. Nice large room king sized bed. Clean with high ceilings and exposed brick. Staff was very helpful. Some parking onsite but they validate your ticket for a very close parking garage. Can walk to wherever you need to be from the Inn too. Overall my wife and I loved it. Definitely will be back.”

“Understaffed . No business center. I asked to get one paper printed and it took over an hour because front desk clerk was overwhelmed. The printer jammed and he was checking in customers instead of fixing printer. So no one was getting their check in paperwork and I was unable to get my printed copy. The manager did finally come out and assist after an hour. The fan in bathroom toilet area didn’t work. The couch in the lobby was filthy. Also the rug in our room was very dirty.”
