"Great location walkable a block from river street and Ellis Square. Staff was great property is nice only caveat was one elevator was under maintenance the whole stay. Other than that we enjoyed the complementary drinks as part of the rewards program."

"I’d stay here again. Check-in was easy, and the staff was awesome. My only concern is that the “service animal” policy may need to be enforced more consistently. For a property that is not pet-friendly, there seemed to be quite a few animals on-site that did not appear to meet true service animal ..."
